What is a Deepfake?

1. Extreme lighting/facial expressions

2. Frozen eyes (aka the “Deepfake Stare”)

3. Inconsistent blinking

4. Mismatched earrings

5. Lack of definition in some facial features

Audio deepfakes are extremely difficult to detect, even with detection software. Always consider the context of the audio or imagery, and double check before acting.
